NOTIFICATION ON THE INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATIONS

Based on Law no.9643, date 20.11.2006 “On public procurement” with some additions and amendments; Law no.135/2015 “On local governance” with some additions and amendments, even in the decision of the Vlora Municipality’s Council, no.73 of 17 July 2018. Municipality of Vlora submits the following notification on the Invitation for Bid.

Contracting Authority:

Municipality of Vlora, with address: ”4 Heronjt Vlorë” Albania.

Subject-matter of the Bidding Invitation/Services

Representation and defense of the Municipality of Vlora in an arbitration proceeding brought before the International Chamber of Commerce Paris (ICC Paris) for concession contract disputes.

The deadline for expressing the interest is on 25 July 2018, 10:00am, in the protocol office of Municipality of Vlora, third floor.

The deadline for the start of the offers is the date 25 July 2018, 10:30am, in the office of the Justice Department in the Municipality of Vlora.

Expression of interest

Attached to the invitation for the negotiations, are the criteria approved in the Vlora Municipality’s Council decision, no. 73, 17 July 2018 that the interested subjects should fill.
